Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.

Our Staff

We LOVE to create straight, healthy and beautiful smiles for our young and not so young patients. About 25% of our patients are adults. Did you know that a nice smile improves self-confidence? We educate our patients as they become the most important member of our team. We pride ourselves on producing outstanding orthodontic results.

Our team has created a caring environment where our patients actually enjoy visiting. Many of our local dentists and physicians have entrusted Dr. Lee with the orthodontic treatment of their own family. That speaks well to Dr. Lee’s expertise and their confidence in all of us. Each member of our clinical treatment team is a highly trained registered dental assistant with many years of orthodontic experience. Our front office team has extensive dental and orthodontic experience to assist Dr. Lee provide care for her patients throughout their orthodontic treatment. We continually strive to enhance our skills and knowledge by regularly attending orthodontic continuing education courses and seminars. While we take our jobs seriously, our team is made up of friends. We enjoy being together and it shows.
